物流配送中心位于物流节点上,连接着供货点和需求点,合理的选址方式可以大大降低企业的配送费用,提高整个物流体系的运营效率。提出一种综合性的选址方法,即首先以总运输费用最小为目标,使用迭代重心法锁定目标选址区域,得到备选地点一,然后在其附近采用定性分析法并综合其它选址影响因素,选出备选地点二,最后利用模糊综合评价法计算两个地点的综合得分,确定最优选址地点。解决了多个备选地点如何选择出最优建设地点的问题,提高选址的精准度与合理性。
Abstract:The logistics distribution center is located on the logistics node, connecting the supply point and demand point. A reasonable location method can greatly reduce the distribution cost of enterprises and improve the operation efficiency of the whole logistics system. In this paper, a comprehensive location method is proposed. Firstly, with the objective of minimizing the total transportation cost, the iterative barycenter method is used to lock the target location area, and the alternative location one is obtained. Then, the qualitative analysis method and other location factors are used to select the alternative location two. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the comprehensive score of the two locations and determine the optimal location. It solves the problem of how to choose the optimal construction site for multiple alternative sites, and improves the accuracy and rationality of site selection.
