在全球化与社会转型的双重语境下，当代大学生的思想世界正经历深刻嬗变：价值坐标的重构、心理生态的失衡与奋斗意志的消解集中体现为“价值冲突—心理威胁—倦怠前置”的三重困境。本研究有效揭示其深层逻辑：普适性社会规训导致主体异化、网络碎片文化催生认知惰性、工作意义贫困消解奋斗动力等。研究提出“国家制度支撑—社会生态优化—家庭功能重塑—学校教育创新—个体主体建构”的“五位一体”解决方案，旨在为新时代青年成长提供理论参照与实践路径，助力构建“青春有为”的发展共同体。

Under the dual context of globalization and social transformation, the ideological world of contemporary college students is undergoing profound changes: the reconstruction of value coordinates, the imbalance of psychological ecology, and the dissolution of striving will are concentrated in the triple dilemmas of "value conflict-psychological threat-pre-burnout". This study effectively reveals its deep logic: universal social discipline leads to subject alienation, online fragmented culture generates cognitive inertia, and the poverty of work meaning dissolves the driving force for struggle. The study proposes a "five-in-one" solution of "national system support-social ecology optimization-family function reconstruction-school education innovation-individual subject construction", aiming to provide theoretical references and practical paths for the growth of youth in the new era, and help build a "youthful and promising" development community.
