高校大学毕业生的就业问题已是一项重大的社会问题,就业焦虑是大学生群体中最为常见的心理问题之一,就业压力和个人特质因素心理弹性对就业焦虑影响极为重要。为探究在校大学生就业压力、就业焦虑与心理弹性的关系,并探讨心理弹性的中介效应,以河北省500名大学生为研究对象,采用大学生就业量表、高校毕业生择业焦虑问卷及心理弹性量表进行调查。研究发现:大学生就业焦虑在性别、是否为学生干部和家庭月收入上存在显著差异;大学生的就业压力与就业焦虑具有显著的正相关关系,而就业压力与心理弹性则呈现显著的负相关关系;心理弹性与就业焦虑也呈现显著的负相关。心理弹性在大学生就业压力与就业焦虑之间起到部分中介作用。建议通过提升大学生心理弹性,为大学生提供正确的心理引导,从而提升大学生的心理健康水平。
Abstract:The employment issues faced by university graduates have become a significant social problem, with employment anxiety being one of the most common psychological issues among university students. Employment pressure and personal traits, such as psychological resilience, play a crucial role in influencing employment anxiety. This study aims to explore the relationship between employment pressure, employment anxiety, and psychological resilience among university students, and to investigate the mediating effect of psychological resilience. A sample of 500 university students from Hebei Province was surveyed using the College Student Employment Scale, the Graduate Employment Anxiety Questionnaire, and the Psychological Resilience Scale. The findings reveal significant differences in employment anxiety based on gender, student leadership roles, and family monthly income. Additionally, a significant positive correlation was found between employment pressure and employment anxiety, while a significant negative correlation was observed between employment pressure and psychological resilience. Psychological resilience also demonstrated a significant negative correlation with employment anxiety and partially mediated the relationship between employment pressure and employment anxiety. The study suggests that enhancing psychological resilience in university students could effectively provide proper psychological guidance and improve their mental health.
